Council Tenant Insurance

Insurance polices are geared for those landlords who have an agreement directly with the local authority (normally for a 3 year period) where the onus is on the council to find the tenants and maintain the property. We also have policies for landlords who have a tenancy agreement directly with the tenant and receive rent from the tenant which may be subsidised with a housing benefit, or paid from the local authority direct. We also have polices for landlords with asylum seekers as tenants.
